E-Waste Recycling at Salem High School, Sat. 12/26
Salem residents and property owners with ID or tax bill may participate. Recycle electronics, appliances, phones, anything with a plug.
Salem residents and property owners (with ID or tax bill) can recycle e-waste on Saturday, December 26 from 8:00AM - noon at Salem High School, 77 Willson Street.
Most items are FREE to recycle -- including small appliances, phones, printers, fax machines, VCRs, CD players and more. There is a $10 fee for each TV, computer, monitor, and large appliance (such as refrigerator, oven, AC).
This quarterly event repeats in 2016, with the next collection happening on Saturday, March 26.

What about mercury-content items? Fluorescent bulbs and tubes, thermostats and more can be recycled at Salem’s DPS, 5 Jefferson Ave., Monday-Friday during City business hours.
