
Feb 11th 3:30-4:30pm OR 4:30-5:30pm Formerly known as NYC Ballet Workout, this is a ballet based, anaerobic workout that involves basic ballet, pilates and gentle yoga, set to the musical repertoire of the classical and contemporary Ballet works. -Appropriate for all levels- No prior dance experience required -Socks or ballet slippers are suggested -Each session is limited to only 10 students!
