This introductory cyclocross program covers basic bike maintenance and safety, bike handling skills and off-road riding, as well as more advanced cyclocross skills, such as mounting, dismounting, going over barriers and navigating through a set course.
Children ages 11 to 16 years old are welcome to participate in this program. Students must have a mountain bike or cross bike that is working properly. Instructors recommend that students be in good physical condition as cyclocross combines skill with endurance.
