...The Drums and Fire workshop is a two hour exploration of your primordial self. Using the hypnotic and transcendental power of “live” African drumming you will go deep into your yoga practice. We will incorporate free flowing dance to invigorate and free your soul. We will build your inner fire through powerful breath and vinyasa yoga flow. We will use the beauty of light, both natural and other to guide you toward your inner aboriginal self… to the sheer joy of “being”
