Historic Homeowner Workshop: Interior Paint Treatments

Learn about historic paint analysis and what it teaches about your home’s historic interior. William Finch reviews the paint analysis he completed for the Phillips House in 2002 and shares his process for determining historic colors. Historic New England Manager of Historic Preservation Services Sally Zimmerman reviews Historic New England’s 20th-Century Paint Chart.

 

Participants may bring photographs of their homes and receive suggestions on historically appropriate paint colors.
