Living Steampunk: Turning Fantasy into Reality
Steampunk is a literary genre, an aesthetic (from fashion to graphics and home design) and cultural movement appearing in alternative and mainstream culture. Bruce Rosenbaum and his wife Melanie have been 'living Steampunk' even before they knew what it was. Their love of turn of the century craftsmanship, Victorian and mid-century retrofuturism and contemporary technology inspired them to turn their 1901 late Victorian-era home in Sharon, MA into the Steampunk House.
