Memory Fitness Training for LGBT Older Adults & Caregivers
Memory Fitness Training is an innovative program from UCLA’s Center on Aging with strategies and tools based on their extensive research on age related memory issues. Nearly everyone experiences age-related memory complaints, and such forgetfulness has been shown to improve with systematic memory training courses. Memory Fitness allows people to benefit directly from the latest memory research and advances. The Memory Fitness Training Program consists of 4-sessions, offered once a week for 4 weeks. Lunch is included.
