Salem YMCA Friends & Family Open House

The Salem YMCA, located at 1 Sewall Street Salem, will host its annual Open House Friends and Family Weekend from Thursday November 25 through Sunday November 28.  This is a timely opportunity for the entire community to explore with family and friends all the amenities that the Y has to offer. We will be open Thanksgiving Day from 7:00am -11:00 am . In addition to our regular amenities on this day we will be offering a spin class at 8:00am and a Body Sculpting Class at 10:00am

Friends and Family Open House Weekend  features free guest visits for the weekend  for all non-members of the YMCA,  also allows anyone to drop in and participate in a wide array of free fitness classes. Intro to Zumba workshop will be offered on Sunday November 28th from 1:00pm-2:00pm.  The community can participate in Open recreational swim on Saturday from noon to 5:00pm and Sunday  10:00am - 3:00pm.  Participants may also enjoy unlimited use of the Fitness Center; Open Lap Swimming; Open Court and the YMCA Family room. and much, much more.   .  If you are just in town for the weekend stop by and see your Friends at the YMCA  Y you never know who you will run into!!!!
