Slow Flow Yoga

Please join instructor, Ann St. Pierre, in a gentle beginner yoga class. Practice quieting the mind and body with gentle breathing techniques; beginner postures with supportive props and soothing the spirit with calming
scents and music. Learn about the 7 major chakras (energy centers in the body) in a guided meditation.

This class will build strength, stamina, and flexibility. If you are new to yoga, this is an excellent place to begin. It is Ann's hope that you will have fun and leave the class feeling awakened and at the same time, calm and relaxed.


This is an excellent class to reduce stress on and off the mat!
