Summer Empowerment Camp for 9-13 Year Olds

Tweens and Early Teens go through so many life changes it’s difficult to maintain positive self-esteem and make healthy choices. 

Success strategies learned during these formative years can help children to grow up to be healthy, well-adjusted, and confident adults.

This summer camp will offer enrichment and martial arts activities.  Students will learn to:

  • Understand their own unique personality and radiate their true essence
  • Interact with peers and adults with ease and confidence
  • Establish how and when to speak up for themselves
  • Successful ways to handle teasing and bullying
  • Healthy tools and tips to comfort themselves when experiencing criticism, rejection, fear, and loneliness

Classes will be held at the United Martial Arts Center – Vinnin Square Plaza
