Finz Opens New Salem Location In Victoria Station Space
The restaurant is also featuring a new menu in its new space.

SALEM, MA -- Finz Seafood and Grill completed its move into the Pickering Wharf space previously occupied by Victoria Station and Doc's Boathouse, which abruptly closed December 6. The restaurant is now open in its new location, according to social media posts Tuesday. The new space also features a new menu.

Finz opened its previous location in 2000. The new space gives it an additional 1,000 square feet of space. The move was originally to have been completed in June.
Salem Patch first reported that a deal was in the works when Victoria Station closed in December. Victoria Station was evicted by Pickering Wharf LLC, the property's new owner, after a one-year extension to its lease expired November 30.

Court records indicate a deal for Finz to take over the space had been in the works before Victoria Station closed. The closure left Victoria Station employees out of work heading into what is normally the busiest -- and most profitable -- time of year for service industry workers.
