Free North Shore Christmas Meals For Those In Need

Several organizations in Beverly, Lynn, Peabody and Salem will offer free sit-down or to-go holiday meals on Christmas Day.

SALEM, MA — Several organizations across the North Shore will once again be providing free sit-down or to-go meals on Christmas Day for those in need.

Meals will be provided at locations in Beverly, Peabody, Lynn and Salem with some requiring reservations or advanced notification.

Citizens Inn Haven From Hunger, 71 Wallis Street, Peabody: A sit-down holiday meal will be served with appetizers and soup at 11 a.m. and a seated meal from noon to 12:30 p.m. To-go meals will be available after the sit-down meal starting at 12:30.

My Brother's Table, 93 Willow Street, Lynn: To-go Christmas meals will be distributed from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Extra meals will be made available for neighbors, friends and family members who cannot pick up meals for themselves.

First Baptist Church, 221 Cabot Street, Beverly: A sit-down meal will be provided for their Monday supper at 6 p.m.

Lifebridge, 56 Margin Street, Salem: To-go meals will be available to those with reservations.
