Great Salem Cleanup Planned Across Witch City This Weekend

SALEM, MA — Salem residents are invited to grab their gloves, brooms and other outdoor cleanup tools and take part in the 3rd annual Great Salem Cleanup planning for Saturday across the city.

Keep Salem Beautiful and the Salem Beautification Committee are collaborating to organize the cleanup set for 10 a.m. to noon.

As supplies may be limited, those attending are asked to bring 5-gallon buckets, trash grabbers, brooms, and other items that will help clean streets, sidewalks and parks.

A volunteer appreciation event will follow the cleanup at East Regiment Beer Company on Church Street with prizes and raffles from local businesses.
