How To Work For Salem Public Schools: SPS To Host Hiring Fair
The virtual hiring fair and information session will be held on April 4.

SALEM, MA —Salem Public Schools is looking to fill several open positions throughout the district and will next month host a virtual hiring fair for interested candidates.
Salem Public Schools has posted 20 open positions since March 1 — ranging from long-term substitutes to special education to several athletics head coaching and assisting coaching posts for the fall.
SPS offers targeted new teacher and cohort coaching, tuition reimbursement for professional development, benefits that include a bilingual stipend, an experienced mentoring program, workshops for first-year teachers, a collaborative work environment and affinity group spaces for staff members who identify as a person of color.

The virtual job fair will include quick screening and interview sessions as well as an overview of the district and its focus on the social-emotional needs of its students.
The fair will be held on April 4 from 5 to 7 p.m.
