Loring Avenue Emergency Sewer Work Postponed to Wednesday

SALEM, MA—The Sewer work scheduled to begin Tuesday has been postponed to the following day, according to BuildingSalem.com.

The city will be conducting emergency sewer repair work during the hours of 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. during the weekdays. The work is set to take place in the Northbound lane of Loring Avenue in the Canal Street, Loring Avenue, Jefferson Avenue intersection.

Police will be available to direct traffic. Workers will be installing approximately 70 feet of new pipe, according to the announcement.
