Missing Parakeet!
A $100 reward is being offered for helping us find this sweet yellow parakeet!
This sweet one-year-old yellow parakeet named Sunshine has a vocabulary of over 100 words. He accidentally got out last Wednesday, September 21 near the intersection of Mason and North Streets. This cherished pet says phrases such as "I pray for you," "Go eat your corn," "Whatcha doing?" and "Ouch! Don't bite!" after he pecks your nose! One of his favorite songs that he sings, in vibrato no less, goes like this: "Rock-a-bye birdie in a tree top. When the wind blows, the birdie will rock." He loves his sister, a golden retriever, and often tries to teach the dog new words, such as "Cheerio!" Sunshine has learned to imitate the squeaking noise of a dog toy as well. When one squeaks and throws a toy, the dog runs for it and Sunshine flies for it, squeaking all the way! If you see this yellow parakeet, please call . There is a $100 reward for help in finding Sunshine. Please post if you have any information.
