Net Atlantic Names Business Software Leader David Cloyd as New President

Email service provider Net Atlantic announced today that it has named David Cloyd as company President, effective immediately. Cloyd brings more than 20 years of executive experience launching US operations for European technology companies, and a proven track record in strategic planning, financial control, market and competitive analysis.

Prior to joining Net Atlantic, Cloyd served in diverse senior leadership roles creating new growth opportunities as General Manager at Nuxeo and Fabasoft Corporation; as Managing Director at Promergent; and VP, Sales & Marketing and VP, Sales at Sword Group and TIBCO Software, Inc., respectively. Cloyd was most recently General Manager for eLearning software provider AB Tutor, and led the company’s successful expansion into North America.

Prior to joining Net Atlantic, Cloyd worked with several private and public companies, building a significant track record of success in managing the sales and marketing efforts within software companies, large and small, with a particular focus on growth stage software companies. In this capacity he was directly responsible for building ground organizations that grew to over $20M in revenue.
