Obituary: Robin A. (Stasinos) Sullivan, 48, Volunteered For the MSPCA For Many Years

Raised and educated in Salem.

Robin A. (Stasinos) Sullivan, 48, of Methuen and formerly of Salem, MA died Friday, June 19, 2015 at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen while surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of John P. Sullivan.

Robin was born in Salem MA on October 20, 1966 the daughter of Mary Ann (Sarowsky) Stasinos of Danvers, and was raised and educated in Salem graduating from Salem High School.

She had worked at the Hutchinson Medical Supply in Salem for 7 years and for the past 8 years had been an administrative assistant at the Omtool Company in Andover. She had resided in Methuen for the past 10 years.

Robin was a very kind and compassionate person throughout her life always willing to help everyone. She loved to cook and do quilting, and enjoyed being by the ocean. She also enjoyed her dog Baxter and had been a volunteer with the MSPCA for many years. Robin had traveled with her husband John and her daughter Jane going to Las Vegas and Disneyworld and cherished their time together.

She is survived by her husband John of Methuen, her loving mother Mary Ann Stasinos of Danvers, MA, a daughter Jane E. Murphy of Methuen whom she adored, her step-children, Melissa Bean of Pelham, NH and Christopher Sullivan of Lynwood, WA, her special aunts, Joan Slattery of Danvers and Vicki Materkowski of Peabody, her step-grandchildren, Connor Bean and Tristan Sullivan and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of loving friends.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill Brodeur Funeral Home at the 82 Lynn St., Peabody Ma facility. Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 10:00 AM from the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John the Baptist Church, 16 Church St., Peabody at 11:00 AM . Cremation will follow.
