Obituary: Roger J. Beliveau, 68, Test Technician
Joined the Air Force and served stateside during the Vietnam War.

Roger J. Beliveau, 68 of Salem, died Saturday, May 9, 2015 at the Hunt Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Danvers following a long battle with cancer. Born and raised in Beverly, he was the son of the late Joseph A. and Marie A. (Plourde) Beliveau. Roger joined the Air Force and served stateside during the Vietnam War. Following his tour of duty, he returned to Salem and began his employment with Varian Associates of Beverly. In 1998 he began working as test technician Level four for Analogic of Peabody. He retired in January of this year.
Roger was extremely proud of his grandchildren Caleb, Amber and Meghan. He was a member of the American Legion and Franco American Club of Beverly.

He is survived by his daughter, Marie J. Beliveau and her husband Kevin Murphy of Gloucester and grandchildren, Caleb, Amber and Meghan Murphy as well as several cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, Norman J. Beliveau.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visiting hours on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the Levesque Funeral Home, 163 Lafayette St. [Route 114 / 1-A] Salem from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. A graveside service with Military Honors will be held in Greenlawn Cemetery on Monday, May 18th at 1:00 P.M. with friends to meet inside the main gate of Greenlawn Cemetery.
