Rosamond “Rozzie” (Trainor) Jaworski 88, of Salem, beloved wife of the late Henry Jaworski, was called home to be with the Lord, January 24th, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Doherty) Trainor. She was raised and educated in Salem and attended the former St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception School in Salem. She was a graduate of Salem Vocational High School.

Mrs. Jaworski began her professional career at the former Hygrade which is now called Osram G.T.E. Sylvania. She worked there for 45 years as a Shrinkage Recorder until the time of her retirement. She was a dedicated and hardworking employee.
Rozzie was a lifelong resident of the City of Salem. She was a communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church in Salem. Active in professional and social circles, she was a member of the Quarter Century Club at Sylvania, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Division 18 in Salem and A.A.R.P. She enjoyed spending her time with family and loved to play games of chance. She traveled to Foxwoods often and was an avid Bingo player. Yet above all else her family was paramount in her life. She will be deeply missed.

Although she will be missed greatly, we will celebrate her life and hold her memory close to our hearts. Her true spirit was to give to anyone in need. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, she taught her family valuable life lessons by showing and showering unconditional love and forgiveness, honesty and humor to all.
Rozzie is survived by her loving daughters, Jane Hannify and her husband Michael of Salem and Helen Jaworski of Salem, her dear grandson, Jaymes Saunders of Salem, her sister-in-law, June Trainor of Baltic, Conn and many nieces, nephews and dear friends including, Dayle Kohut and Florence Greto. She was also the sister of the late Mary Lousie Trainor, Dorothy M. Lord, Grace P. Wrenn, Patricia Boudreault, Elizabeth Trainor, Helen Trainor, Margaret Walsh, Francis, Arthur Robert and James Trainor.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral will be held from The O’Donnell Funeral Home, 46 Washington Sq., (At Salem Common) Salem, Thursday Jan. 29th at 12:15 P.M. followed by her funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, Hawthorne Blvd, Salem at 1 P.M. Relatives and friends invited. Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem. Visiting hours Wednesday, Jan 28th from 4 to 7 P.M. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Rozzie’s memory to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA 01923.
