Peabody Downtown Street Sweeping Set With Parking Restriction
Street sweeping will take place Wednesday night into Thursday morning this week and next week.
PEABODY, MA — Parking on Main Street will be off-limits on Wednesday night into Thursday morning as Department of Public Works crews conduct street sweeping.
Street sweeping will occur from 10 p.m. on Wednesday until 7 a.m. on Thursday. Vehicles parked on the street during this time will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.
A second street sweeping will take place next Wednesday into Thursday morning on Washington Street, Main Street to City Hall and Foste Street. Parking will not be allowed on those streets at that time.

Peabody police will again post notices of these restrictions on the streets affected.
