PHOTOS: Second Annual Howl-O-Ween Dog Parade in Derby Square

SALEM, MA — Pets from across Salem and the North Shore took part in the second annual Howl-O-Ween pet parade Sunday afternoon.

Dogs, cats and other furry friends donned their best Halloween costumes and marched in the parade, produced by Salem Main Streets, Salem Pet Photo, the New England Dog Biscuit Company, Creative Salem, Artists' Row and other community partners.
