Arrests
Montana Cheney, 23, of 11 Pyburn ave. in Salem was arrested for driving with a revoked or suspended license.
Susan Tracey, 52, who is homeless was arrested for trespassing.

Henry Vasquez, 26, of 104 Bridge st. in Salem was arrested for the assault and battery of a household member.

At 6:16 p.m. a shoplifter was reported at a business on Highland avenue. The suspect was given three days to make restitution to the business or face criminal charges.
Wednesday Jan. 13
At 12:02 a.m. a patient on Highland avenue caused a disturbance and damaged a locker before calming down and continuing treatment. Police will seek a summons for malicious destruction
At 2:44 a.m. a man believed to be extremely intoxicated likely passed out in a back room of the Knights of Columbus on E Washington Square. He is believed to have stayed there until all of the staff had left and set off alarms when exiting the building.
