Wednesday, Dec. 16

At 8:18 a.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on North Street.

Thursday, Dec. 17

At 12:09 a.m., police responded to a report of a loud party on Salem Street. Police have been to the address several times in the past for loud parties, and issued a $100 city noise ordinance violation. The residents were uncooperative and said they did not see the issue with having several people over drinking and partying on a Thursday night.

At 12:51 a.m., officers noticed a man and a woman yelling at each other at Lafayette and Dodge Streets. There were no signs of threats or physical contact and the two said they had an argument.

At 9:25 a.m., the window of a business on Commercial Street was damaged by a rock.

At 9:39 a.m., two packages were reported stolen from a porch on Summit Avenue.

At 2:32 p.m., there was a report of an attempted break in to a residence on Oakland Street.
