At 8:19 a.m., there was a report of a rock through a window of a car on Upham Street.

At 5:16 p.m., there was a report of a man making several attempts to return items to the Home Depot on Traders Way without showing his ID.
At 5:30 p.m., a new trespassing order was issued for a woman who attempted to shoplift from a pharmacy on New Derby Street.

At 6:26 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Bridge Street.
Tuesday, Dec. 29
Police arrested John R. Everett, 27, of 97 Webb Street in Salem and charged him with the unlawful possession of a fraudulent sales receipt with the intent to defraud, possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class B drug.
At 2:56 a.m., police assisted with a call for a disruptive guest at a hotel on Washington Square. The guest was cooperative and agreed to quiet down for the night.
At 4:48 a.m., there was a two car accident on Marlborough Road.
At 8:36 a.m., there was a dispute over cars parking in front of trash barrels on Ober Street.
At 4:06 p.m., a package was reported stolen on Proctor Street.
