Potentially Wet Friday Leads to Gorgeous Weekend: Salem's Weekend Weather

SALEM, MA — While most of the weekend currently look like it will be beautiful, we will begin the stretch with what appears to be wet weather Friday.

According to the National Weather Service, there is a 20 percent chance of rain Friday morning, and a chance of rain after that. Then beginning before 8 p.m., another 20 percent chance of rain is set to hit the area.

Here's a breakdown of this weekend's forecast:

• Friday: Slight chance of rain Friday morning and evening. High in the low 40s and a low in the lower 30s.
• Saturday: Partly Sunny, and windy, with a high in the lower 40s. Lows in the upper 20s.
• Sunday: Mostly sunny, with highs in the lower 40s. Lows in the mid 20s.
