Preschool Enrollment Open at Henny Penny Nursery School

Henny Penny offers a half-day morning multiage preschool experience. Through a combination of free play and directed activities, children learn to express their creativity, be a caring member of their classroom community and develop a life-long love of learning and exploring.

Ages 2.9 - 5 years learn to work side by side. The older children are role models and accept the challenge to be leaders in the classroom. Younger students learn from the older ones and look forward to the time when they will be leaders within the room.

We write our own curriculum which is literature-based. By exploring children’s books we create fun learning activities & games inspired by what we see and learn from the stories. These activities include art, literacy, math, science, writing, fine motor and gross motor experiences.
