Report of Woman Kicking Cars, Loud Music: Salem Police Logs

SALEM, MA — The following are excerpts from the Salem Police Department logs. Information below does not indicate a conviction.

Dec. 2

1:01 a.m.: Police responded to the area of 27 Charter Street for a report of a loud group. Police checked the area and found no loud groups.

Dec. 3

12:27 a.m.: Police were dispatched to 135 Lafayette St. for a report of a females being loud and disorderly. A concerned citizen reports that a female was kicking cars and mailboxes. No females could be found in the area.

12:47 a.m.: Police were sent to a bar on Derby Street for a report of loud music. Officers arrived on scene and the staff were actively moving their customers out of the bar for closing. No music was heard from inside the establishment.

2:40 a.m.: Police responded to an Essex Street apartment for a possible dispute. A man stated that he was having an argument over the phone, and that he would keep the noise down.

2:50 p.m. Police responded to an unfounded noise complaint on Arthur Street.
