The informational meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 27 at Salem High School.

SALEM, MA - Commuters who regularly take Route 107 in Salem and Lynn know it isn’t always a quick and easy ride.

Those cities, along with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation are studying ways to improve transportation issues between Chestnut Street in Lynn and Boston Street in Salem. This study will propose improvements to address existing transportation issues for motorists, transit users, pedestrians, and bicyclists.

On Wednesday, Jan. 27, the MassDOT will be holding a public information meeting on the Rte. 107 Corridor Study. The meeting will be at the Salem High School auditorium from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
