Salem 2017 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map
There are currently 37 registered sex offenders living and working in Salem.

SALEM, MA — Before kids go out trick or treating on Halloween, fall is a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood.
Salem has 38 registered sex offenders listed as living or working in town. 26 of them are level three sex offenders and 11 are level two sex offenders. The Sex Offender Registry Board classifies levels two and three sex offenders as moderate to high risk, respectively.
In Massachusetts, sex offenders are ineligible to live in public housing and may not work as ice cream vendors, but keep the vast majority of their rights. (If you want breaking news alerts and daily newsletters right in your inbox, click here!)
