Salem-Based Cannabis Business Agrees To Be Sold: Newspaper
State regulators still need to approve the acquisition of the company that runs medical and recreational cannabis dispensaries in Salem.
SALEM, MA — The Salem News is reporting Alternative Therapies Group has agreed to be acquired by an unspecified buyer. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the acquisition still needs to be approved by state regulators. ATG operates a medical cannabis dispensary in Salem, as well as the only recreational cannabis dispensary on the North Shore.
