Salem Water Interruptions Planned On Wednesday

SALEM, MA — Bridge Street residents may experience low water pressure or brown water during a planned interruption scheduled for Wednesday.

The interruption will run from 8 a.m. to about 3 p.m. on Bridge Street from the North Street ramp to River Street. Buildings in that stretch and adjacent areas may experience water issues.

Interruptions are also planned on Boston Street from Hanson to Bridge.

Those who have brown water are asked to run it cold until it clears. Do not turn on hot water.
