Salem City Council Candidates Forum Set For Hawthorne Hotel
The six candidates on the ballot for the four At-Large Salem City Council seats will meet in the Chamber of Commerce-sponsored forum.

SALEM, MA — Salem voters will have a choice in November when it comes to the four At-Large seats on the City Council with the Salem Chamber of Commerce set to host a candidate forum for the race on Oct. 18 at the Hawthorne Hotel.
The forum is co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters and the Fred E. Berry Institute of Politics at Salem State University.
Incumbent candidates Domingo Dominguez, Ty Hapworth, Alice Merkl and Conrad Prosniewski will share the stage with challengers Kyle Davis and Filipe Zamborlini.

Doors will open at 5:15 with the debate set for 6 to 7:30 p.m. The public is welcome to the free event but space is limited. Reserved seating is only available for Salem Chamber event sponsors.
All other seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The citywide general election is set for Nov. 7.
