The Salem Democratic City Committee is holding a meeting to reorganize on April 3rd at 5:30pm at the 135 Lafayette Street Community Room in Salem, MA.
Participants MUST be a registered #SalemMA #Democrat to participate in the reorganization. We will be electing officers (Chair, Treasurer and Secretary) at both Ward and City levels.
The reorganization process is done in accordance with state law, which requires that a political committee organize between April 1 and April 10 inclusive. Each committee needs to elect a chairperson, treasurer and secretary, according to the state's Elections Division, and the event needs to be advertised in the community.
