Salem Dine Out Night To Benefit 8th Grade Student's Cancer Fight

SALEM, MA — Friends, family and supporters of an eighth-grader facing a daunting cancer battle are hosting a Dining For A Cause To Support Evelyn next week at Longboards.

Evelyn is an eighth-grade basketball and softball player undergoing chemotherapy for Primary Mediastinal B-cell Lymphoma.

Supporters are looking to raise money to support Evelyn's goal of walking at graduation amid her 5 months of chemotherapy treatments.

Twenty percent of all sales from 5 to 9 p.m will be donated to Evelyn and her family.

Longboards is located at 78 Wharf Street in Salem.
