Salem Discount Weekend At North Shore Children's Museum of Peabody

The museum is offering a 50 percent discount this weekend during the congested Halloween visitation season in the Witch City.

PEABODY, MA — Salem families looking to escape the Halloween weekend visitation crush in the holiday's unofficial hometown are invited to head next door to Peabody for discount admission to the North Shore Children's Museum.

The museum is offering 50 percent off to the first 150 Witch City residents this Saturday and Sunday through a donation from Creative Collective.

"The North Shore Children's Museum is a significant and valuable addition to Downtown Peabody, serving as a regional catalyst for inclusive, creative, and equitable programming for our younger generations," Creative Collective founder John Andrew said. "The Museum's team has shown unwavering dedication in creating an exceptional experience for families from all backgrounds.

Reduced-rate tickets can be bought here on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of Salem residency is required upon arrival.

"We are located just 11 minutes from downtown Salem so this partnership is a no-brainer," Museum Director Ali Haydock said. "Creative Collective has been a stellar partner since our inception a year ago and we are so grateful for this gift to encourage even more visitors from Salem."

North Shore Children's Museum is located at 10 Main Street in Peabody with 15 interactive exhibits geared toward children ages 2 through 8.
