Salem Ferry Sets Sail For Season With New Boat, MBTA Commuter Pass Deal
The Boston Harbor Cruises' boat Cetacea will replace the Nathaniel Bowdich as it undergoes major repairs.

SALEM, MA — Salem Ferry services between Boston's Long Wharf and the Witch City will resume for the season on Friday with a new boat and a new deal for those with MBTA commuter rail passes.
With the Nathaniel Bowditch out of service with major engine and drive chain reconstruction that has been delayed because of supply-chain issues, Boston Harbor Cruises will use its Cetacea boat for this summer's service.
Those who commute into Boston will be able to use Zone 3 MBTA passes for commuter runs this season.
