Salem Greater Endicott Street Neighborhood Block Party Set For Sunday
The public is invited to the celebration of the neighborhood at the High School Playground.

SALEM, MA — Residents on and around the Endicott Street neighborhood are invited to a block party this Sunday to meet and share stories and the history of the area with neighbors.
Residents between Margin, Hathorne, Broad and Gedney Streets are part of the area the Greater Endicott Street Neighborhood Association represents.
"Whether you have lived here your entire life, or you are brand new to the area, come out to celebrate the diversity of our neighborhood and to learn about and honor our remarkable history," block party organizers said in an email to Patch.

The event is free to attend with those attending are asked to bring a folding chair and a dish to share that could include cheese and crackers, cookies, cupcakes, vegetables and dip, pizza, snack bags and soft drinks, juices or water.
Alcohol is not permitted at the playground.

There will be live music from Dr. DK.
Those attending to visit the Gedney House and learn more about the neighborhood's history initiative.
The Christopher Columbus Society is assisting with this event.
