SALEM, MA — The Salem Jazz and Soul festival is returning for its 10th year this weekend. Here are the groups set to perform Saturday:
Salem High School Jazz Band (11 a.m.-noon)
What Time Is It, Mr. Fox? (12:30-1:30 p.m.)

The Austin Torpedoes (2-3 p.m.)
Brian Thomas / Alex Lee-Clark Big Band (3:30-5 p.m.)

The Nth Power (5:30-7 p.m.)
The concert will take place at Salem Willows, located at 167 Fort Ave. Concert-goers are urged to take alternate transportation due to a lack of parking. The Salem Police department will be towing illegally parked cars.
