Salem Marketing Agency Sperling Joins Arketi Group Platform
The Salem firm will add web, branding and AI services to Arketi's growing marketing and communications platform.
SALEM, MA — A Salem-based digital marketing agency is joining a larger business-to-business marketing and public relations platform, according to an announcement from Arketi Group.
Arketi said Sperling, a full-service digital marketing agency based in Salem, is joining its platform.
Founded in 2008, Sperling brings services that include website design and development, UX/UI, branding, paid digital campaigns, social media strategy and backend systems integration. Arketi said Sperling's client work spans transportation, healthcare, medical technology, education, consumer products and public sector organizations, including Keolis, Brunswick School, See Plymouth, JOH, Legacy Lifecare and North of Boston.

A company announcement said the addition also expands Arketi's artificial intelligence capabilities. Those services include intelligent chatbots, workflow automation, AI agents, custom GPTs and generative search optimization, also referred to in the announcement as AEO and GEO.
"Most agencies are still treating AI as a standalone offering or an experimental add-on," said Mike Neumeier, APR, co-founder and CEO of Arketi Group. "Sperling has done the harder thing. They've built real technical depth in how AI integrates into marketing and customer experiences. Paired with their strengths in web development, design, and interactive, it's exactly the kind of connected execution clients increasingly need.”

Arketi said the move is its second strategic expansion in recent weeks, following the addition of Braithwaite Communications.
"What stood out about Arketi is a shared commitment to integration, creativity, and results, and a real respect for the team we've built. This partnership makes sense from a culture perspective and a business perspective," said Mike Sperling, founder and president of Sperling. "Together, we bring clients broader capabilities while keeping the hands-on approach that has always set Sperling apart.
"This also gives us a solid eastern seaboard presence from the South to New England that we can heavily leverage to fuel our growth across a number of exciting industries."
