Salem Named "Unexpectedly Perfect Place to Get Married"

Salem, Mass. was named as one of the “12 Unexpectedly Perfect Places to Get Married In.”

“I always knew we had a whole lotta love in Salem...,” Mayor Kim Driscoll wrote on her Facebook page. “Now we have proof!”

Salem came in fifth place, and topped Boston, which took sixth place on the list. Montpelier, Vermont took the top spot.

The list, compiled by DatingAdvice.com, describes why Salem would be a great place for a wedding:
