SALEM, MA — Salem residents, businesses and those employed in the city can pick up up to five rapid COVID-19 tests ahead of upcoming holiday get-togethers with families and friends.
The tests are available at the Board of Health office on Washington Street during normal business hours Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Fridays from 8 a.m. to noon while supplies last.
"I am proud the city is able to offer COVID test kits to Salem residents, businesses and employees once again this season," Salem Mayor Dominick Pangallo said. "As we head into the winter holidays this year, and we all gather with loved ones to celebrate, I encourage community members to take advantage of this opportunity to keep each other safe, and the holiday season healthy."
