Salem Police Make 22 Holiday Arrests

The made the following arrests on July 4 and July 5.

Wednesday, July 4

• Deisere Lee Andress, 30, of 27 Salem St. as arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.

• Francis D. Bennett, 23 of 14 Collins St. was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.

• Barry E. Bullock, 54, of 56 Margin St. was arrested on a trespassing charge and knowingly being present where heroin was kept

• Thomas Patrick Donahue, 23, of 16 Salem St. in Lynn was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, drinking in public and resisting arrest. He was also arrested on a warrant.

• Andrew K. LaMonde, 51, of 43 Boston St. was arrested on a charge of assault and battery by a dangerous weapon and attempted murder.

• Victor Joseph Mariscal, 21, who is listed as homeless was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.

• Richard Martinez, 29, of 2 Lynn St. in Peabody was arrested on a warrant. He was also arrested on charges of armed robbery, assault and battery by a dangerous weapon, threatening to commit a crime and illegal possession of a class A substance.

• Theresa M. McLaughlin, 47, of 255 Jefferson Ave. was arrested on charges of trespassing, illegal possession of a class E substance and illegal possession of a class A substance.

• Jonathan L. Neves 21, of 43 Boston St. was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and a charge of possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute. He was also charged with violating the city knife ordinance.

• Bryna C. Rudolph, 32, of 56 Margin St. was arrested on a warrant.

• Matthew J. Watson, 33 of 27 Salem St. was arrested on charges of possession of or exploding fireworks and disturbing the peace.

Thursday July 5

• Neury Amparo, 25, of 73 Franklin St. in Somerswoth, NH was arrested on a warrant.

• Edward Cherane Capel, 24, of 2 Pinville Ave. in Burlington was arrested on charges of attempted murder, assault and battery by a dangerous weapon, speeding, operating recklessly, operating with a suspended license, resisting arrest, violation of the city knife ordinance and assault and battery on a police officer.

• Jason Michael Dailey, 29, of 34 Essex St. was arrested on two warrants.

• Samara Figueroa, 35, of 96 Norfolk St. in Dorchester was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.

• Kathryn L. Hamilton, 31, of 9 Cedar Ave. was arrested on a domestic assault and battery charge.

• Edwin Martinez, 30, of 12 First St. was arrested on a warrant.

• Radaisy Maria Mejia, 21, of 90 Park St. in Lynn was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.

• Thomas F. Pierce, 48, of 102 Lilack Meadows Way in Ipswich was arrested on a warrant.

• Mitchell James Purter, 32, of 9 Chase St. was arrested on a warrant and a parole violation.

• Bryna C. Rudolph, 32, of 56 Margin St. was arrested for violating the city knife ordinance.

• Elizabeth A. Wiley, 42, of 38 Lynn St. in Peabody was arrested on a warrant.
