Salem Police Make 8 Arrests
The following information was provided by the Salem Police Department. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
made the following arrests on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Tuesday, Feb. 14
- Christopher J. Bresnahan, 33, of 2 Center St., was arrested on a warrant.
Wednesday, Feb. 15
- Michael John Daley, 28, who is listed as homeless, was arrested on three warrants.
- Mary A. Garuty-Fleury, 32, of 116 Lafayette St., was arrested on a charge of uttering a false prescription.
- James A. Getchell, 22, who is listed as homeless, was arrested on two charges of domestic assault and battery and one charge of attempted murder.
- Nicholas Joshua Kugel, 28, of 1 Naples Road, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (second offense) and driving with an open container.
- Juan Antonio Reynoso, 44, of 64 Palmer St., was arrested on a warrant.
- Naman Joseph Spencer, 34, of 116 Lafayette St., was arrested on two charges of uttering a false prescription.
- Joseph Edward Tizol, 20, of 246 Lynnfield St. in Peabody, was arrested on a warrant.
