Salem Power Outage As Emergency Repairs Are Done Friday

SALEM, MA — Residents in the area of High Street and Margin Street were told to expect power outages of between five and six hours on Friday afternoon as crews worked to make emergency repairs to the National Grid lines.

The outages were expected to begin around noon with National Grid advising that the target completion time was about 5:30 p.m.
