Salem Public Library Book Club

Beat the November chill by diving headfirst into Bill Bryson’s In a Sunburned Country. Bryson is well-known for his humor, wit, and incessant need to travel. In this account, he heads down under into the heart of Australia. In a country where humans are outnumbered by animals that could kill you, Bryson finds history, humor, and more than a few thrills.
