Salem Public Schools Hiring Fair To Fill Fall Positions On Tuesday
The district is looking to hire teachers and paraprofessionals at all district schools for the upcoming academic year.

SALEM, MA — Salem Public Schools is looking to fill several teaching and paraprofessional positions across the district for the upcoming academic year.
The district will host a hiring fair on June 27 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Saltonstall School where those interested are invited to meet administrators and learn more about the schools.
SPS offers step advancement for Salem High graduates, a yearly stipend for bilingual staff, course reimbursement, and both professional development and advancement opportunities.

SPS is committed to its core values of equity, belonging and opportunity.
The 2023-24 school year begins on Aug. 28 for high school freshmen, on Aug. 29 for students in grades 1 through 8 and 10 through 12, and on Sept. 5 for kindergarten and pre-kindergarten. Carlton P2+ begins on Aug. 28 and P1 begins on Aug. 31.

There will also be a back-to-school picnic on Aug. 26, which will take place at Saltonstall this year.
