Salem To Raise Flag For Indigenous Peoples Heritage Month

SALEM, MA — The city of Salem will raise the Massachusett flag in celebration of Indigenous Peoples Heritage Month in front of City Hall on Nov. 1.

The city is partnering with the Massachusett Tribal Council for the flag-raising at 11 a.m.

Residents and community members are invited and encouraged to attend the ceremony.
