The sessions will be held at Saltonstall School and delivered in both English and Spanish.

SALEM, MA —As much of an adjustment as it is for students to learn remotely from a laptop five hours a day, the stress on parents and guardians who often must assist them — but don't always have a strong grasp on the technology themselves — can compound the difficulty.

Salem Public Schools is looking to provide some help. The district will be offering help sessions in both English and Spanish for parents and guardians in the Saltonstall School Auditoriam.

The sessions will run from 6 to 7 p.m. for three weeks beginning Sept. 21.
