Salem Software Company Gets A+ with Better Business Bureau

A Salem business recently celebrated one year of accreditation and an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

The Software Consulting RAD (rapid application development) Group provides Internet media production consultation to Barnstable County, Bristol County, Essex County, Middlesex County, Norfolk County, Plymouth County and Suffolk County.

Web media, according to the RAD group, includes streaming video, large photo databases, PDF document distributions systems, embedded office 360 Excel spreadsheets and more.

The business started in 1993 and is owned by Salem resident Steven Foster-Murray.

The RAD group was given an A+ rating because the business has been established for many years with no filed complaints among other reasons.

As part of their accreditation with BBB, the Software Consulting RAD Group promises to make every effort to alleviate customer complaints.
